Svetlana Minevich (Founding Partner)

Svetlana Minevich is a Founding Partner of Fellows & Minevich, P.C., where she focuses on personal injury matters. She is hands-on with her cases and remains directly involved at every stage, with close attention to detail throughout.

Svetlana brings a background in healthcare law and medical reimbursement, which gives her a distinct perspective on the issues that shape personal injury cases. She uses that experience to anticipate challenges and position cases as they move forward.
 
Svetlana regularly appears in court and has experience handling matters in both state and federal courts. She has developed working relationships with insurance carriers, adjusters, and opposing counsel, which she uses to move cases forward and keep them on track.

She works closely with clients throughout the process and is directly involved in all aspects of their cases. Her approach is straightforward, controlled, and focused on achieving meaningful results.

Prior to co-founding Fellows & Minevich, P.C., Svetlana served as General Counsel to a medical provider, where she handled legal and operational matters involving treatment, compliance, and insurance reimbursement. That experience continues to inform her work in personal injury matters.

Svetlana earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing Management from Baruch College. She is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, as well as in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.
